Happy Easter!

Happy Easter everyone! This morning, beautiful little Kylie, all ready for church in her new Easter dress that Grandma Michelle made for her, was caught picking her nose. She would not stop! She had that finger up there so far, it actually bled.

Poor Trevor has not been feeling well today. He woke up and was ECSTATIC to see what the Easter Bunny had brought him, and a few minutes later started complaining that his tummy and forehead hurt. He layed on the couch for a while, and I knew he must not be feeling well when after breakfast I told him to go in to my bedroom so we could hide the easter eggs around the house for a little apartment easter egg hunt and he said, "No, I don't want to get off the couch, you just hide them right by me." He's been excited for an easter egg hunt all week. We gave him some Motrin and he was fine the whole morning (and did participate in the hunt) until right before church we caught him in bed half asleep. So we took his temp and it was almost 101. So we gave him more motrin and told him he could go back to sleep. So I did not get the pictures I wanted of all the kids in their Easter outfits...

Kylie's Treehouse

Kylie really likes playing with this little treehouse that Grandma and Grandpa Campbell got her for Christmas...she loves to watch the balls go round and round, but today she learned something new with it! She learned how to put the ball in the hole all by herself and it was so cute! She would look at me after she did it and I would clap my hands and say "yay!" and after a while she started clapping her hands too...so pround of herself. I managed to get a picture of her clapping her hands but by the time I got to taking the video she was done clapping. (p.s. clapping is not a new trick but clapping for HERSELF is!) :-)

Decorating Easter Eggs

The kids and I decorated Easter eggs tonight! Thanks to Grammy, we had a great easter egg decorating kit and the kids had SO much fun.

We bought this hat for Trevor today. When we came in to kiss him goodnight, this is what we found. :-) We just never know what to expect with this boy. He is hilarious!

Ky's trying!

So, this is what happens a lot to poor Ky. She'll be sitting up and crawl forward on her hands till she's laying on her tummy, stuck, with one leg underneath her. She's a good sport about it. She works at it for a long time and usually gets unstuck. I'm glad she's finally starting to move! Even if it's just from sitting up, to tummy, it's something! :-)

Kylie's 1st Haircut

Tonight, Kylie got her first haircut...unfortunately. TREVOR cut it! He was using some scissors, as he's allowed to do, to cut PAPER. Then he decided to get up and just go over to Kylie and cut her hair! He looks pretty happy in this picture, but he difinately got in trouble, and won't be using scissors for a while. P.S. Luckily, you can't even tell that it was cut.
