Our tile floor

For all the out-of-towners who don't get to see our tile...here are some pictures. I should have taken before pictures, but the tile was just in the kitchen and there was carpet everywhere else...under the kitchen table, in the entry hall, so we had tile put in. I'm really glad we did it...especially after last night when Trevor spilled his chocolate milk!

We're back in California!

What a crazy rollercoaster year for the Campbell family! After living in Denver, CO for about 1 year, we are back in California where Mark took a really good job, and we get to be back with family! If all goes as planned (meaning our house closes escrow on time in CO) we will be moving in to this house in about a month!

Our Yard

They finished putting in our front and backyard landscaping yesterday. Here is a pic of the front...(not much to look at, but it's better than dirt)

This is taken from one side of the yard...we were kind of disappointed with how much rock they used vs. grass, seriously, it's about half and half, but it's to keep water from the foundation. We eventually will put some plants in and a few trees. But we're just glad not to be looking at dirt anymore!

So...these are our new floors!! My Dad and Mark worked on them so hard and they look great! We love them! We put them in the kitchen...

Okay, so I'm so embarassed to be posting these pics because the house is a disaster but that is just how much I love you Michelle and Krissa!...

Oh and by the way, a few days ago Kylie crawled! She only did like 3 little (steps?) crawls, whatever, but she did it! She hasn't progressed much further than that but I fear that pretty soon we'll need gates for the stairs!

House Update

They've finally started working on our house again! They've finished the drywall, and they painted the outside. They've promised us a March 31 closing date, but we'll see. They can't landscape until May so we'll be living with dirt for a while, but that's Okay!!!

House Update

This picture was taken yesterday. The things different from the last picture are the brick, the driveway, and the roof (they're getting ready to put the tile on). They still haven't painted it, so that can be the next picture. :-) The tentative closing date is February 28 although I'm pretty sure it will be sometime in March. We are trying to be patient! Hopefully we'll be in when Justin and Rachelle come!!!

It's not going to be gray...it will be tanish brown with blue shutters. they're still saying february...keeping our fingers crossed!!!

Hi everyone. We went out to our house today and thought we'd share the progress with you guys. It's coming along slowly but surely! Here are some pics of Alyssa and Trevor too...I took Trevor to the doctor today and he has a double ear infection, and had a temperature of 103.1! Poor guy has had a tough week.
